Smart Brow Tinting System is a brand new brow colouring system consisting of two colours (Icy – Cold Brown and Spicy – Warm Brown); two brow colour boosters (Indigo and Orange) and an oxidising emulsion.
The oxidising emulsion has been specially formulated to be mixed with Deep Brow Tint and brow colour enhancers from ELAN Professional Line. The perfect formula and soft creamy texture of the product provide an excellent effect. Emulsifiers protect the eyebrow hairs during the eyebrow tinting procedure.
CAUTION! One bottle of oxidising emulsion is enough for one tube of Deep Brow Tint ICY and SPICY.
