Viruton® Extra is an effective concentrate for the simultaneous cleaning and disinfection of surgical and rotary instruments. It contains the enzyme protease, thanks to which it demonstrates very good cleaning properties. It is designed for manual disinfection of instruments and disinfection in ultrasonic cleaners. The product demonstrates anti-corrosion properties and high material tolerance. It is recommended for instruments made of stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, rubber, porcelain, glass and plastic. It has a positive recommendation from the instrument manufacturer Chirmed and the endoscope manufacturer Vimex. To obtain a concentration of 0.5%, dissolve 5 ml of concentrate in 995 ml of water. Immerse the instruments in the solution immediately after use. All parts and openings must be completely filled with solution.
