Elan colour fixing liquid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower oil is a non-removable colour stabiliser which is the last step in the eyebrow and eyelash colouring procedure. The active ingredients – hydrolysed keratin and sunflower oil – prevent hair breakage and make it more elastic. Lactic acid neutralises the alkaline environment, closes the epidermis, protects the colour from washing out. Panthenol is a moisturising ingredient and has healing properties. The product is also recommended for use as a home treatment for eyebrows and eyelashes after washing.
